The goal of this RFP is to pick a Managed Service Provider (MSP) for NCC to use for the next three years. For the past five years NCC’s current MSP housed our workloads and data in their data centre. The current MSP manages a suite of services from the desktop to the data centre. NCC is in the final stage of moving all our workloads and data to the Azure public cloud and the Office 365 environment. By the time the contract is signed for the services outlined in this RFP NCC will be completely out of our current MSP’s data centre. NCC continues to manage its own internal help desk and internal help desk capacity is being increased to include additional desktop management tasks. Specifically, NCC internal staff will manage and control the desktop user experience while the MSP will be responsible for other backend functions outlined below and provide support to internal IT staff when requested. We are looking for an MSP with experience in managing and securing 365, Azure and Sentinel.
